353 car rental Location: The 353 car rental desk is located in the main car hire section of the arrival terminal at Dublin Airport. On exiting the baggage reclaim area into the Arrivals Hall, you will see the car hire area to your right. Please make sure to have your driver’s licence, credit card and reservation confirmation with you. Our desk is open from 06:00 to 24:00 hours, 7 days a week, and later for delayed flights.
